Are these internet leads?
No. This is a service that will take the Internet leads you already purchase, and automatically quote them through Alliance, even when you aren't in your office.
Do I have to subscribe to Dynamo to use Typhoon?
No. Typhoon can be purchased separately. Dynamo is for agents wanting to generate blind quotes for direct mailing to prospects by loading spreadsheets of leads into the system or for requoting leads they already have in Alliance. What Internet lead providers does Typhoon accept?
Currently Typhoon can handle leads from AgentInsider, NetQuote, Quote Auction, Quote Wizard, AllWebLeads, Hometown Quotes, ZipSearch, InsureMe, TRI, InsuranceLeadz. We plan on supporting other lead companies as we hear from agents, but make no guarantees at this time as to which other providers will be supported.
Can Typhoon run 24 hours a day?
Due to the fact that agent computers are rebooted automatically by Allstate every night, Typhoon cannot run interrupted. The good news is that 1) Typhoon will be running through the peek evening hours 2) this will not be a restriction once you go to agent owned technology.
What type of leads does Typhoon accept?
Home, Auto, Renter, Condo leads that you may receive from your lead provider. We cannot do Life. Only product lines available through Alliance.
What is the cost of Typhoon?
Typhoon is only $79/month.
Is Typhoon exclusive?
Since lead providers already control exclusivity of leads, Typhoon will work for leads anywhere in your state. And since Typhoon only works for Allstate agents, your other competitors will not have the Typhoon advantage.
